So much for event reports...
Nov. 8th, 2004 01:07 pmEvery time I try to write about this weekend's Coronation, I picture Queen Marianna in that gorgeous creation of Jose's, and my brain pretty much stops. She was quite the vision.
Then I started a list of little moments that will stick out in my mind, and it got ridiculously long, so I gave up on that, too.
I'm so glad that Duchess Deille was made a Companion of the Desert Pilgrim. Everything she does is done well, and she is the reason that I ever managed to get appropriate head-wear for my period, and now I feel half-naked if I don't have a veil in place when in garb.
I'm also glad that I made it through my first event as Chaplet Herald. There were some things that I could have done much better, some things that I flubbed or forgot about; and they are things that won't happen again.
